Thank you for choosing Pixel & Inked for your personalised portrait. Each piece is carefully illustrated with attention to detail and creativity. Please review the following terms and conditions before placing your order.
1. Turnaround Time
- All personalised portraits are hand-drawn and require a minimum of 7 working days to complete.
- This timeframe begins once full payment has been received and all required reference photos have been provided.
- During busy periods, turnaround times may be extended. Customers will be notified accordingly.
- If you require your portrait by a specific date, please contact us prior to ordering to confirm availability.
2. Rush Orders
- Rush orders may be accommodated at the discretion of Pixel & Inked and are subject to an additional fee.
- Orders placed with insufficient notice may be declined or rescheduled.
3. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required upfront to secure your booking.
- Work will not commence until payment has been received.
- Orders that remain unpaid will not be scheduled or delivered.
- Pixel & Inked reserves the right to cancel unpaid orders.
4. Reference Photos
- Customers must provide clear, high-quality images.
- Poor-quality photographs may affect the final outcome. Pixel & Inked is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from unsuitable reference images.
5. Revisions and Amendments
- One minor revision is included with your order (e.g., small colour adjustments or subtle detail changes).
- Additional revisions or significant alterations—such as pose changes, new elements, or replacing reference images—may incur an additional fee.
- Major changes requested after the artwork has been completed may require a new order.
6. Proof Approval
- A preview of the artwork will be provided where applicable.
- Prompt approval is required to avoid delays in delivery.
- Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in the artwork being finalised as is.
7. Delivery
- Digital portraits will be delivered via email in high-resolution format.
- Printed products will be dispatched according to the production and shipping timelines stated at checkout.
- Pixel & Inked is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
- Due to the bespoke nature of personalised artwork, all sales are final.
- Refunds will not be issued once work has commenced.
- Orders cancelled before work begins may be eligible for a partial refund at the discretion of Pixel & Inked.
9. Copyright and Usage
- All artwork remains the intellectual property of Pixel & Inked.
- Portraits are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.
- Pixel & Inked reserves the right to share completed artwork on its website and social media for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested by the client.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
